Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear (items from our Swim collection) must be returned with the hygiene liner intact and are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return reason using the template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to our warehouse at:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement (typically 3-10 business days).

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above and indicate your exchange preference in your return request email.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been washed
  • Items without original tags
