We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase from our collections (Bottoms, Denim, Dresses, Swim, and Tops). If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement (typically 3-10 business days).
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above and indicate your exchange preference in your return request email.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Swimwear (from our Swim collection) with removed hygiene liners
- Items that show signs of wear or have been washed
- Items without original tags
Swimwear Note: Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner intact and is only eligible for exchange or store credit, not refund.
